Practice Manager (she/her)

Christina is the mother of two home born children. As practice manager, she has been supporting private practice midwives and natural birth providers since 2008. She believes families should have birthing options including access to midwifery model of care and out-of-hospital birth, and works tirelessly for fair insurance reimbursement for these services. Christina has a varied background with a bachelor of fine arts (BFA) degree in dance performance and choreography, and has previously managed a yoga studio and a healing arts center. Quality Assurance Manager (she/her)

Mary has been working with people across the spectrum of pregnancy in Western New York since 2011. She is a passionate advocate for midwife-led care, increased birth options, and better access to reproductive healthcare for everyone. Mary has served families from a variety of roles, including as administrative supervisor, case manager, and development associate. She is also experienced in providing hands-on support to people through the transitions of pregnancy, parenthood, and loss as a full-spectrum doula, counselor, and health educator. Mary has a masters degree in global gender studies and holds several volunteer positions in the movement for reproductive justice. She lives in Buffalo with her husband and young daughter, Beatrix, who was born at the Coit House.
